New San Francisco Brewery
Jesse, the writer of the well known blog Beer&Nosh, and his friend Damian Fagan, are teaming up to bring San Francisco beer that would make California cows happy.
Our new brewery together is dedicated to producing “Farm to Barrel” artisanal ales inspired by the farms of Northern California. Each release is a unique vintage, rooted in the season and place its brewed: we start with a Belgian style ale, add seasonal fruit from a local farm, and then age the beer in used wine barrels. Besides great beer, we are also dedicated to great design – raising the bar on how craft beer presents itself to the larger food community, both in the bottle, and on the bottle.
Since I’m not a foodie, I’ll be keeping an eye out at city beer store for what looks to be a great beer. Check out their new website. Cheers to two more people for taking a leap into the unknown for the benefit of all of us. They currently do not have a brewery, and will partner brew with local breweries to craft their own beer.
