Brews On The Bay | Sept. 11th-12th 2010
The San Francisco Brewers Guild is once again putting on the Brews on the Bay event. It is held annually on S.S. Jeremiah O’Brien at Pier 45 in San Francisco from 1-5pm. Food will be available for extra from Orson Restaurant, and music by Hot for Teacher and Zoo Station. They are asking $45 advance / $55 at door.

The San Francisco Brewers Guild proudly presents its seventh annual Brews on the Bay. In what has now become the best beer festival in San Francisco, all seven of the SF’s artisan breweries will serve their finest and freshest beers on September 11th and 12th form 1 to 5pm. This must-not-miss event takes place aboard the historic World War II Liberty Ship, SS Jeremiah O’Brien, at Pier 45 near Fisherman’s Wharf
Enjoy the tremendous diversity of beers currently being brewed right here in San Francisco. More than 40 artisan beers from your favorite breweries will be proudly poured for tasting – the largest offering on SF brewed beers available at any festival worldwide. This fun filled event features live music by Zoo Station, the complete U2 experience and Hot For Teacher, delicious food created by Elizabeth Falkner of Citizen Cake & Orson Restaurant and special tours of the Jeremiah O’Brien. Last year more than 2000 people attended this spectacular event which benefits this unique and beloved Liberty Ship.
The San Francisco Brewers Guild has a mission to preserve, celebrate & promote the heritage & craft of SF’s artisan breweries. The Guild is the resource for San Francisco beers. The San Francisco Brewers Guild consists of SF’s most exciting breweries: Gordon Biersch Brewery & Restaurant, ThirstyBear Brewing Company, 21st Amendment, Magnolia Pub & Brewery, Beach Chalet Restaurant & Brewery, Social Kitchen & Brewery and Speakeasy.
