BeerAdvocate Magazine Subscription Debacle

I’m usually the last to be a squeaky wheel when it comes to things like this, but it is now coming up on 3 months since I ordered my subscription for BeerAdvocate magazine, and I have yet to receive my first issue.  Here’s a transcript of my inquiries.  Maybe you can let me know whether I’m just being impatient or not?

11/17/09 - ordered magazine subscription

02/08/2010 – inquired to the status of my subscription

I haven’t received an issue yet.  I was just wondering if I’ve allowed
enough time?  Should I have received my first issue yet?

2/08/2010 – Jason Alstrom replies:

Sorry about the USPS failure … can you verify the address

2/08/2010 – I verify the address is correct

2/23/2010 – I send another email for update

I still haven’t received my first issue.  Can you give me an update?

2/23/2010 – Jason Alstrom replies:

In the mail tomorrow … going to comp you for the delay. Cheers!!

3/8/2010 – I inquiry again:

Not sure what is going on here, but I still haven’t received the magazine.

3/9/2010 – No response.

Any thoughts?
