Hop Bag Holder

A couple of posts ago, I mentioned I needed a new solution for the boil screen that I purchased for the Blichmann kettle.  I found this guide and decided to build it, since it was so simple.  I’m going to try it out tomorrow with my newly created Grubville Farmhouse Ale recipe.  I’ll only be using 3 ounces of hops, but there will be another ounce of Corriander and Orange Peal.  I’m crossing my fingers it will work out.  I’ve heard my hop utilization will be lower with the bag, so I’ll have to keep an eye on that.
